What problems will occur in the construction process of extruded panels?
The extruded panel has a continuous uniform surface layer and closed cell honeycomb structure, and has the advantages of good thermal insulation performance, high compressive strength, strong impact resistance, easy to break, easy to install and so on. However, we will inevitably encounter some problems in the construction process of the extruded board, and usually encounter the following five types of problems.
First, the flatness of the board is not up to standard.
Second, the board seam is close to or flush with the window edge, which does not meet the requirements of the specification.
Three, the wall staggered arrangement is not strict.
Four, the board and the board seam is not tight, the height difference is large or the tightness of the exterior parts is too poor.
Fifth, the effective bonding area between the plate and the base surface is insufficient, which can not meet the standard requirements of 40%, or the phenomenon of virtual adhesion can not meet the requirements of individual engineering design.
