1. Opening holes for the extruded board: After the outer wall template is in place, open holes for the extruded board with the extruded board hole opener according to the position of the wall piercing bolts of the outer mold. The extruded board hole opener should be rotated to ensure the size of the hole without damaging the extruded board.

Second, the inner mold in place: the inner template of the outer wall is in place according to the predetermined position, and the mold can be closed by conventional methods.

Third, door window treatment: When the extruded board is vertically arranged to the door and window, it can be tied horizontally on the outer wall according to the need, so that it does not appear thin and narrow.

Fourth, the upper protection of the outer mold: the L-shaped galvanized iron sheet should be placed within the thickness range of the upper floor of the outer mold, whose function is to protect the upper mouth of the insulation board, and make the concrete not fill the dovetail slot of the extruded board of the floor section when the wall is poured.

Five, the auxiliary external mold: Extruded panel manufacturers suggest that after removing the internal and external formwork, supporting the floor formwork and binding the reinforcement, using the external wall perforated bolts, install the external wall auxiliary formwork, that is, the extruded panel and the auxiliary external mold work together to act as the side mold of the floor. When pouring the floor concrete, the concrete is filled into the dovetail groove of the extruded panel, and the floor concrete forms a bite and connection with the extruded panel. After the auxiliary formwork is removed, The whole extruded panel is integrated with the outer wall to form the outer insulation layer of the outer wall.
