1, foam: extruded board is made of polystyrene resin or its copolymer as the main component, adding a small amount of additives, by heating extrusion. During the processing of the extruded board, the foaming agent is vaporized, expanded and filled, and the bubble hole is formed. In order to achieve thermal insulation, only the appropriate foam can play the effect of thermal insulation, and the structural uniformity of the bubble determines the performance of the product.

2, peeling treatment: extrusion plate in the production process, but also pay attention to peeling treatment, the main purpose of this link is to improve the bonding force of the entire system and release the internal stress. The increase of bonding force is conducive to the construction and pasting, and can also improve the frost resistance and water resistance of the sheet. The release of internal stress can effectively avoid the internal quenching of the plate in long-term application, which reduces the thermal insulation performance of the plate and affects the normal use of the plate.

3, adding flame retardants: If the extruded board wants to have good flame retardant performance and facilitate the fire prevention construction setting in the construction field, the addition process of flame retardants needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations.
