Third, door window treatment: When the extruded board is vertically arranged to the door and window, it can be tied horizontally on the outer wall according to the need, so that it does not appear thin and narrow splice strips, and the insulation board at the door window should be handled by receiving.

Fourth, the upper protection of the outer mold: the extruded board manufacturer recommends that L-shaped galvanized iron sheet be placed within the thickness range of the upper floor of the outer mold, whose function is to protect the upper mouth of the extruded board, and make the concrete not fill the dovetail slot of the extruded board in the floor section when the wall is poured.

Five, support and remove the auxiliary external mold: After the removal of the internal and external templates, support the floor template and tie the reinforcement, use the external wall perforated bolts, install the external wall auxiliary template, that is, the extruded board and the auxiliary external mold jointly play the role of the floor side mold. When the floor concrete is poured, the concrete is filled into the dovetail groove of the extruded slab, and the floor concrete forms a joint connection with the extruded slab. After the auxiliary formwork is removed, the whole extruded slab is integrated with the external wall, forming the external thermal insulation layer of the external wall.
